For a small Cake Shop to even think of competing with the internationally trained giants within five star hotels, one would believe its madness. for a family operated bakery, it could be considered sheer lunacy, but this is what one such bakeshop did, and then proudly walked away as winner of the competition, and a gold with distinction.
